INGREDIENTS NEEDED
2.6 lbs ( 1.2kg)Goat meat
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper

1 Onion, diced
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala spice
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Paprika
3 Sprigs thyme
1 Sprig Rosemary or 1 Tsp chopped of both
1Tbs Garlic, chopped
1 Tbs Ginger, minced
1 c Beef stock
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cilantro to cook and garnish
