Fast run down Sunset Ridge Trail @ Mt. Wilson. This trail was recently cleared and is running fast. I tried to go fast on the uphill and had a heart rate of 180 by the time I started going down Sunset to El P. Let's just say my riding is sloppy and turns are terrible.
