Mainpat is a hill station and small village in the Surguja district in the northern part of the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It lies about 55 kilometres (34 mi) by road from the divisional headquarter of Ambikapur. The hill station is 50 km south of Ambikapur, 160 km northeast of Korba, and 360 km northeast of state capital Raipur.

We, a group of 22 people, started our ride from Kolkata. Due some circumstances we reached Mainpat on the next day instead of same day. We stayed 3 days there and explored all the hills greeneries and some famous sightseeing, which will gives us some unforgettable memories. The total ride was consists of average 2000KM. From tarmac to off-road, highways to hilly roads, dry to monsoon all terrain and weather we enjoyed our ride in this expedition.
