Day 3 of the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships 2024 complete, and it was a day of Olympic Nomination standards and a new British Record in the 400m IM by Max Litchfield.
The Men's 100m Freestyle Final proves to be one of the races of the British Champs so far with Matt Richards taking the touch ahead of Duncan Scott, Tom Dean and Alex Cohoon.
There was also nomination standards for Freya Colbert, Dan Jervis, Katie Shanahan and Stephen Clegg.
