It was a week of the Jack vs Garden but our dreams are quickly coming true in our French country garden! Jack is becoming a pro building the natural stone walls the traditional French way with lime mortar and stones from our property. Just because we aren’t already busy enough, we add the challenge of 20 new Sussex chicks! But they are very welcome and we are all loving the house being filled with their tiny chirps and getting our fill of fluffy cuddles. Luckily, Jack does succeed with his enormous task and all the plants Becs has bought have a wonderful new home and we see the potager come to life with the addition of more vegetables, herbs and flowers.
