SCP 001 is a Non-Anomalous Class Item also known as Consensus Reality.

SCP-001 is the document describing consensus reality. Anomalous activity is therefore defined as any activity that occurs outside the parameters of the document. SCP001 may describe certain characteristics of reality as inherently anomalous, as decided upon by the O5 Council.
