Koes Plus adalah grup musik Indonesia yang dibentuk sebagai kelanjutan dari grup Koes Bersaudara pada 27 Agustus 1968. Grup musik yang puncak popularitasnya terjadi pada dasawarsa 1970-an ini dianggap sebagai salah pelopor musik pop & rock & roll di Indonesia. Meski pun dalam perjalanan sejarahnya terjadi pergantian personal anggota, formasi yang paling awet & paling dikenal adalah Tonny Koeswoyo (kibor, gitar melodi), Yon K. (gitar pengiring), Yok K. (gitar bas), & Murry (drum & perkusi lain). Semua anggota mengisi vokal & mencipta lagu.

Prestasi Koes Plus memang luar biasa. Pada tahun 1974 Koes Plus mengeluarkan 22 album, Tahun 1975 ada 6 album. Kemudian tahun 1976 mereka mengeluarkan 10 album. Mungkin rekor ini pantas dicatat di dalam Guinness Book of Record.

Karena banyak jasanya dalam pengembangan musik, masyarakat memberikan tanda penghargaan terhadap prestasinya menjadi kelompok legendaris dengan diberikannya tanda penghargaan melalui "Legend Basf Award, tahun 1992.
