A lot of people lift weights. But not many people know how to actively contract their muscles during that. I spent over a decade in the gym without knowing this stuff. That's what I hired my friend and competitive bodybuilder Kenny Williams to teach me a few things.

Today we covered the chest fly, the lat pulldown, and the tricep extension. These are three movements that hit the pecs, lats, and triceps best, in my opinion. Kenny coaches me on a few cues that will help you maximize the exercises. It's a bit of an exploration to get it right, but once you have it down it makes a huge difference.
