Description
Momo is one of the popular cuisines in South Asia native to Nepal and Tibet. Momo's are steamed dumplings served with tomato sauce/ achar/ chutney. It is dumpling filled with keema and vegetables which are mixed with Nepalese spices. In this video we have shown an easy way to make juicy chicken momos without adding any artificial flavour.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN MOMO

FILLING (CHICKEN MINCE)
Cooking oil- 200ml
Lemon juice- 2tbs
Soy sauce- 1tbs
Diced onions- 500g
Chicken mince- 1kg
Grated cabbage- 500g
Chopped coriander- 100g
Chopped spring onion- 200g
Salt and chilli powder- per taste
Cumin powder- 2tbs
Ginger powder- 2tsp
Grated ginger’s extract- 200ml
Vegetable stock- 1 cube


DOUGH
Plain flour (Maida)- 1.5 kg
Self-raising flour- 500 g / Baking soda- 1tbs
Oil- 100ml
Salt- 1tsp


Water to mix should be Luke warm water
