In this woodworking jig video I'm going to show you how to make a cross cut sled for my DeWalt table saw. This demonstration is a simple woodworking table saw sled but very functional and is safter while providing cleaner cuts. It incorporates a Powertec t-track and t- track stop to make repeatable shorter cuts. You will be able to cut perfectly square cuts, safely on your DeWalt DWE7491 table saw.

I'll cover cutting the slides to fit your miter slots, cutting the base, milling the fences and attaching them. Then I'll show you how to attach the t-track and stop. Finally, we will cut the slot and wax the slides and base for smooth operation.
