I submitted plans to the city for my tiny house and they came back with a few requests, but there was a problem. They flagged my for a patio cover that was not approved by the city. This means I need to apply for two separate permits, which is annoying. Fortunately, I can continue the process with tiny house and slowly address the patio cover if i have the time and money to approve it retroactively.
