සබරගමු ශාන්තිකර්ම” යනු සබරගමු පළාතට පමණක් ආවේණික අදටත් ඉතාම පැරණි ගම්වල ඉඳහිට හෝ සිදු කෙරෙන සෞන්දර්ය අතින් පරිපූර්ණ ජීවමාන කලාවකි.
ශ්‍රී ලාංකේය සම්ප්‍රදාය ත්‍රිත්වය අතරින් එකක් වන සබරගමු සම්ප්‍රදායේ එන ශාන්ති කර්ම වලදී ගැයෙන ගී සබරගමු ශාන්තිකර්ම ගීත වේ.
සබරගමු ගැමි ජීවිත හා සහසම්බන්ධ ව්‍යවහාරික භාෂාව, සංස්කෘතිය, ආගම හා අභිචාර මෙන්ම ඇදහිලි හා විශ්වාස ආදී සියල්ලක්ම මෙම සම්ප්‍රදායේ ශාන්තිකර්ම හා අත්‍යන්තයෙන් බැඳී පවතී.
සබරගමු නර්තන සම්ප්‍රදාය තුළ යක්ෂයන්, දෙවියන් හා ග්‍රහයන් වෙනුවෙන් පවත්වන ශාන්ති කර්ම රැසකි.
රත්නපුර,කලවාන ,පැල්මඩුල්ල,බලංගොඩ ආදී ප්‍රදේශවල ප්‍රචලිතව පවතින මෙමෙ ශාන්ති කර්ම වල ගායනයේදී ප්‍රධාන තාල වාද්‍ය භාණ්ඩය වන්නේ දවුල් බෙරයයි.

"Sabaragamu Shanthikarma" is an aesthetically perfect living art that is unique to Sabaragamu Province and is still performed occasionally in very old villages.
Sabaragamu Shanthikarma Songs are the songs sung during Shanti Karma in the Sabaragamu tradition, which is one of the three Sri Lankan traditions.
Sabaragamu village life and related practical language, culture, religion and manners as well as beliefs and beliefs are all included in this tradition.
In the Sabaragamu dance tradition, there are many peace rituals performed for demons, gods and planets.
The drum is the main percussion instrument are "dawla" used in the singing of these Shanti Karmas which are popular in Ratnapura, Kalawana, Palmadulla, Balangoda etc.
