This tutorial will show you how to do a shift lever replacement for a 2013 - 2016 Ford Escape. The steps are simple, but there are important tips along the way.

TIPS:
1. Always use wheel chocs or blocks of some sort if you're working on the car in NEUTRAL which you'll be doing here.
2. Be careful not to drop the little phiips screws into the center console- you likely won't be able to get them back out easily!
3. The leather boot is adhered to the plastic ring around the lever shaft. Try to reuse it if you can!
