How to cook Dinuldog Recipe | Ginataang Kalabasa
Ingredients:
Kalabasa/Squash 1kg
1 onion, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
Pork
Coconut Milk
Cooking oil
Scallions
Ginger
Dried Anchovy
Salt
Umami Seasoning
Chilli
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute Pork, Onions and Garlic.
2. Add Kalabasa/Squash. Mix well, cover and let it cook in medium heat.
3. Pour the Coconut Milk. Stir well, cover and simmer.
4. Add Umami Seasoning and Salt.
5. Add Chilli, Ginger, Scallions. Simmer for another 1 minute and then turn off the heat.
