It's a recipe that doesn't use an oven, so even people who don't have an oven can make it.

It's a cake that makes you feel better just by looking at it because there are colorful and pretty colored fruits in the jelly that sparkles like jewels.

The daisy inside is hard at first, but the moisture in the cake makes it soft by the time you eat it.
So you don't have to worry.

Gelatin was soaked in milk and added to this cheesecake.
It tastes a little deeper than when water is added.

You can fill the fruit with your favorite fruit .

Also, the jelly was thin, so it wasn't burdensome...

15ml = 1Tbsp

♥ Cheesecake
(Mold: 6cm * 4.5cm, 6 pieces)

70 g graham cookies (18 small pieces)
5 g sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
38g unsalted butter (2 Tbsp + 2 tsp)

220g cream cheese (1 cup)
60 g sour cream (1/4 cup)
35 g unsweetened yogurt (2 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp)
45 g sugar (3 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)
5ml vanilla extract (1 tsp)
10 g lemon juice (2 tsp)

6 g powdered gelatin (1/2 Tbsp + 1/4 tsp)
35 g milk (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)

140 g heavy cream (60% whipped) (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp, before whipped)
(Milk fat 35% dairy)

♥ Twinkle transparent jelly
(7.5cm*5cm / 6pcs)

25 g powdered gelatin (3 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)
125 g of water (1/2 cup + 1/2 Tbsp)

255 g hot water (1 cup + 1 Tbsp)
85 g sugar (1/3 cup + 1 tsp)
17g lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
