Hello, this is TimetoCook again today.
Today I made sea bream ochazuke that I ate in Kyoto, Japan.
While I was traveling to Kyoto this spring, there was a restaurant called Taiju Hanana that sold sea bream ochazuke.
I remember eating it quite deliciously, so I tried to remember and make it.
Of course, there are many different parts, but it still gave a vaguely similar feeling haha;;


[ingredient]

⋆ Sea bream - 80g
⋆ Rice
⋆ scallion
⋆ kim flakes
⋆ Chamnamul
⋆ Green tea

Sesame sauce

⋆ Roasted sesame seeds - 3Ts
⋆ Number one broth - 240ml
⋆ Dark soy sauce - 1Ts
⋆ Jpanese soybean paste - 50g

Katsuobushi broth (Ichiban dashi)

⋆ Water - 1.5L
⋆ Kelp – 20g
⋆ Katsuobushi – 25g
