500 gr tulang kambing (1 lb of lamb bones)
1 bh tomat (a tomato)
2 bt daun bawang (2 stalks of scallion)
1000 CC air (4 cups of water)
1 SDM santan kental (1 tbsp of coconut milkP)
9 rawit merah (9 pods of Thai chili)
5 siung bawang merah iris (5 bulbs of shallot, sliced)
3 SDM kecap manis (3 tbsp of sweet soy sauce)
1 sdt garam (1 tsp of salt)
1 sdt kaldu bubuk (1 tsp of stock powder)
2 sdt lada bubuk (2 tsp of ground pepper)
3 lbr daun salam (3 Indonesian bayleaves)
3 lbr daun jeruk (3 keffir lime leaves)
3 ibu jari lengkuas (1-2 oz of galangal)

bumbu halus: (blended ingredients)
5 btr kemiri (5 candlenut)
5 siung bawang putih (5 cloves of garlic)
1 ruas jari jahe (a dice of ginger)
1 ruas jari kunyit (a dice of turmeric)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
5 bh cabai merah (5 pods of red chili)
