SAN VICENTE de la BARQUERA - CADES (30 KM)
First of the 3 stages that will lead us to the Monastery of Santo Toribio de Liébana, in Jubilee Year.
On this initial day we will start from the wonderful estuary of San Vicente de la Barquera to go the first 10 kilometers on asphalt tracks full of rural charm and with some landmarks of interest such as the Medieval Tower of Estrada.
Shortly after the asphalt leads us to a dirt track to Muñorrodero, where we will connect with the beautiful Senda Fluvial del Río Nansa, which will hardly rest in its efforts to accompany us in the 14 kilometers that remain to reach Cades.
