20–22 Jumbo Shells (12–14 ounce box)
24 oz Marinara Sauce
14–16 oz ground Italian Sausage (or ground beef)
2 cups (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
2–3 Garlic Cloves, minced
6–7 Basil leaves, chopped, plus more for garnish

Marinara Sauce:

3 Garlic cloves, finely minced
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 Tbsp fresh Parsley, finely minced, plus more to garnis
