Presentation Overview:
Erica’s presentation is on Asset Hierarchy Development within the Maximo Environment. She will share examples and lessons learned on how it was developed at the City of Pompano Beach Utilities (COPBU). For Maximo, COPBU uses Version 7.6.0.1 and Fluke’s Mobile Solution.


Speaker Biography:
Erica is currently the Asset Management/Project Specialist for the City of Pompano Beach Utilities. She has over 10 years of experience in Asset Management and has been working with Maximo for over 6 years. At the Utilities, Erica’s primary focus is work management within Facilities Operations and Maintenance, which includes system support, implementations, enhancements, metrics and overall strategy for work execution. Working closely with the team, Erica led two Maximo implementations at the Water and Reuse Water Treatment Plants.
