Recipe 🥣
👉🏻 Eggplant pot rice
1. Soak a cup and a half of rice (for one or two servings) in advance
2. Prepare 250g of minced pork, and drain the blood in advance
3. Season minced pork - 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 and a half spoons of oyster sauce, 3 spoons of sugar
1 spoonful of minced garlic, 1 spoonful of sesame oil, 2 spoons of cooking wine
4. Slice eggplant 5cm long into thick pieces
5. Put cooking oil on the pan, heat it, and stir-fry the eggplants
6. After cooling the eggplant, add 1 tsp thick soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar and mix it as if mixing it
7. Put green onion oil on the pan and stir-fry the marinated meat
8. Put 1 kelp on top of the soaked rice and cook rice
(When the cooker makes a crackle, it signals that the rice is almost ready.)
9. Place meat and eggplant on top of cooked rice and decorate with chives

👉🏻 Steamed eggplant
1. Cut off the top of the eggplant and cut it in half
2. After digging out the middle part, chop the dug out a little bit
3. Remove 150g of minced pork and season with red pepper paste
1 and a half spoons of red pepper paste, 3 spoons of sugar, 1 spoons of sesame oil, 1 spoons of minced garlic, 1 spoons of cooking wine
4. Mix the seasoned red pepper paste with chopped eggplants
5. Heat the pan with cooking oil, then pour out the green onion oil
6. Stir-fry the seasoned red pepper paste meat (Slowly stir-fry it over low heat)
7. Put the fried meat in the eggplant groove
8. Steaming in the steamer (20 minutes) - The time varies depending on the heat or type of steamer
