Without a doubt someday you will show up at a skatepark or local dirt-jump with your BMX and some random kid will ask you if you can backflip. For some reason going upside down fascinates people.

It is a scary trick but in fact in my opinion it is one of the easiest freestyle tricks out there. In this video I take on the challenge to make a step by step tutorial on how to backflip a BMX bike.
