Smoking Chicken Leg Quarters on the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker....
Wash Clean and Dry Chicken
Put Chicken in Large Zip Lock Bags
Cover With Italian Dressing
Let sit in fridge for 3-4+ hours
Heat smoker to 255 Degrees
Cook until internal temp on thighs is around 165-170
Cover with BBQ Sauce
Cook another 10-15 minutes until internal temp is at least 175
Pull out, and let cool for 5-10 minutes
and then serve and enjoy
