Thank you for joining me for this new wall pilates workout that is great for beginners and seniors. All exercises are performed on the mat and are knee and wrist friendly (no moves on our knees or wrists). We will really work into our core, thighs and glutes in this 30 minute workout!
You don't need a large wall space in this video. A door will be fine. For the exercises performed on our sides, you can do them away from the wall or up against a couch. You may need to get creative with your space so you can see your screen.
