Hi Guys! Nikko is here!
In this video, I’m continuing to rebuild my wrecked Honda CBR600 F4i.
I’m trying to start her, looking for the reasons for issues, changing the air filter, replacing the gear shift lever and its bracket, and replacing the alternator cover.
It took a little while because it’s been really cold here, in New Jersey in January. But now, I’m back to work and I’m going to put this bike back on the road as soon as possible.

The torque specs in case you’re interested:
foot peg bracket: 20 lb/ft
alternator cover, stator, stator wire bracket: 9 lb/ft
gear shift lever linkage: no specific torque specs, just don’t overdo it.

I’ve bought all tools and materials that I’m using in this video with my own money, and they are not sponsored (unfortunately).

A legal disclaimer: I’m not a certified motorcycle mechanic. I may be wrong in something and I do cut corners sometimes. Use my videos at your own risk. Always read the applicable service manual thoroughly before any work and follow the procedures recommended in the manual.
