The latest generation of the #Toyota #Highlander was completely overhauled in 2020. Based on the TNGA platform that underpins most of Toyota’s latest crossovers and cars in their lineup, the new Highlander stands as an excellent choice for midsize family #SUVs.

But the new-for-2021 XSE trim is a bit of an odd choice. With a revised suspension system, the XSE handles in a way more aligned to a hot-hatch, but is that want you want from a midsize family SUV?
