My wife broke the tip on her high heel shoes. This is a short video of how I removed the heel pin and replaced the heel tip with heel tip replacements from Amazon.

First you want to grab what is left of the heel tip. If nothing remains of the tip then you will need to find the head of the metal pin in the heel. Now, with a pair of pliers (needle nose) grab the head of the pin and twist and pull it out of the heel. A flat head screw driver will also help.

Once you have the pin/old tip removed. Find a matching replacement from the kit. Now drive the replacement back into the heel with a hammer, rock, or any other hard object. Remember the tips are just plastic so you don't want to break it while hammering it back in.
