Asian Culinary Exchange is back for its fourth installment this Thursday, 30 September at 1 PM PHT at Asia Society PH’s Facebook and Youtube channels.

Entitled “Homecoming,“ the conference highlights the past, present, and future of Philippine cuisine. We answer the questions— how do we efficiently promote our cuisine? Is there a need to modernize our food? And what is the ultimate dream for Philippine cuisine?

In between the three panel talks, we will also givetribute to the unsung heroes of Filipino cuisine— Doreen Fernandez, Maria Orosa, and Nora Daza— all three of whom built stable foundations to Filipino cuisine.
