Victor Tomilin, the owner of a small aeronautics business, is trying to sell his favorite company because it brings almost no income. Everything changes when a young pilot Dima applies for a job. He brings dynamics, mischief, and a bit of madness to the calm rhythm of aeronautics, which attracts more and more customers to the business.
