He is Kikuo Nakamura. He has been building plastic model airplanes for over 50 years. Among
enthusiasts, he is a bit of a celebrity.
Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture, known as a town of aircraft industry. He invited us to his secret
base. He retired five years ago. Now he spends his days here in comfort.
There are many boxes of plastic airplane models in the building. In this room alone, there are about
1000 boxes of plastic model kits. It's like a model shop.
