Every dancer wants to SOAR! We all want to fly in the sky during our big dance leaps and jumps- so we need to practice some exercises that will help us jump higher. My jump tips are easy and quick- because ain't nobody got time to be squatting all day long. I am walking you through basic jump exercises to help build the muscles you need to have higher leaps and better dance jumps. We will work on squats, lunges, single legged jumps, turn out exercises, and more! Also- as you can see- you can do this jump conditioning circuit at home or outside! xo
