Rather than thinking that I'll wake up at 5am these days
Now I think it's changed to 'just wake up when you open your eyes'.

It's been a few years since I've been here
I can wake up early without an alarm
I have more faith in myself
I think it's possible.

So now, it's 4, 4:30, 5, 5:30
Sometimes I sleep in on weekends and wake up at 6 or 7 o'clock.
It doesn't go past 5:30 on weekdays though.

As the pressure on time disappears
As you saw in the video
I think I can enjoy the dawn more freely.

It was hard at first, but the more you get used to it, the more you get used to it
I feel that my morning condition is getting better.
