Raya dah nak dekat, hari ni Che Nom nak share resepi Nasi Briyani daging yang sesuai sangat untuk korang hidang di hari raya.

Nak buat makan-makan open house nanti pon boleh. Macam biasa, untuk masakan jadi extra berkrim dan beraroma Che Nom guna Susu Isian Sejat F&N.

Tanpa kolesterol dan asid lemak trans, memang pilihan yang lebih sihat untuk orang tersayang.

Bahan-bahan daging briyani
2 sb minyak sapi
2 sb minyak masak
Rempah 4 sekawan (4 cengkih, 1 kayu manis, 2 bunga lawang, 4 buah pelaga)
2 helai daun salam
1 biji bawang holland
1/2 sb biji lada hitam
2 inci halia
5 ulas bawang putih
2 biji tomato
3 sb rempah briyani
3/4 sb serbuk cili
1 sk serbuk kunyit
3 tangkai cili hijau besar
1/2 sb serbuk seasoning
Garam secukup rasa
1.5 kilo daging bertulang
Air rebusan (agak tenggelam daging)
1 sk rempah garam masala (pilihan)
1/2 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
Sedikit perahan jus lemon
Daun ketumbar
Daun pudina

Bahan-bahan nasi briyani
4-5 liter air (untuk rebus)
4 kuntum cengkih
4 biji buah pelaga
2 kuntum bunga lawang
2 helai daun salam
1-2 sk garam (adjust ikut rasa)
4 cwn beras basmati
Sedikit minyak masak
1 mangkuk bawang goreng
Pewarna kuning & oren

Beef biryani ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 types of spice (4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, 4 cardamom pod)
2 bay leaves
1 yellow onion
1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 inches ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp briyani spices
3/4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
3 stalks green chilies
1/2 tbsp seasoning powder
Salt to taste
1.5 kilos bone-in meat
Water for simmering (just enough to cover the meat)
1 tsp garam masala spice (optional)
1/2 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
A little squeeze of lemon juice
Cilantro
Mint leaves

Biryani rice ingredients
4-5 liters water (for boiling)
4 cloves
4 cardamom seeds
2 star anise
2 bay leaves
1-2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
4 cups basmati rice
A little bit cooking oil
1 bowl fried onions
Yellow & orange food coloring
