Introduction
Prospering in bad times is a vital part of the believer’s testimony to the world.

“Isaac planted crops in that land (famine) and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the Lord blessed him … The man became rich and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.” Genesis 26:12-13 NIV

God’s blessings are not altered by poor economic conditions in the earth and God wants to prosper you regardless of your situation.

But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are [always] green. It has no worries in a year of draught and [never fails] to bear fruit.
Jeremiah 17:7-8 NIV

How does a believer prosper in bad times?
The Lord has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom laws rules over all. Psalm 103:19 KJV
Answer: Through the laws of His Kingdom
