About the New Wave Nation:
The New Wave Nation formed in the late Fall of 1997 by lead guitarist Ken Harding and singer Jay Secrest in Canton, Ohio, as a tribute to the early days of the 1980s “New Wave” music scene.

Over the years, the New Wave Nation has evolved into more of a 1980s experience, by utilizing modern technology like LED video walls, specialty lighting & effects, and crowd participation that transports the audience back to the time of Reaganomics, without creating a parody or mockery of the fashions and styles of the day. It’s presented like it never left and for the New Wave Nation, it’s been 1980 something for over 25 years now!

Today, the New Wave Nation consists of founding members Ken Harding and Jay Secrest, along with Randy Horn on bass (who has been with the group for over 21 years) and Moe Thomas on drums.
