I spent a few days exploring the Root River bike trail staying in Lanesboro, Minnesota parked at a campground. One day, I was joined by John Bacon for a 60 mile ride to one end (Houston) and back. This trail is in southwestern Minnesota near the Mississippi River, Wisconsin and Iowa. Beautiful area.

This channel is about all things trikes and RV travel. I have been riding a recumbent trike since 2005 and have been touring since 2007 all over the world. I have toured on 6 continents, in over 20 countries and cycled more than 75,000 miles. In 2020, I shifted from solo trike touring to solo RV travel. I am looking for primo places to ride my trike in the USA while exploring this magnificent country.

On this channel I have gear reviews, tips and tutorials but, mostly, I produce short travelogue type videos of my tours as I go. I travel with a GoPro Hero 10, Insta360 One X2, Skydio 2 drone, Panasonic GH6 and an iphone. Thanks for subscribing and following along!

I also have an extensive journal on Blogger that goes into much more detail about the area and the emotional ups and down. The blog has a link to Garmin stats and a map of every day's ride. There are also a ton of pictures. You can find it following this link:
