the recipe this time is a traditional drink of ice sago gunting / sago cendol
chewy, delicious and fresh...
this is really good, served with ice cubes

Ingredients :
200g sago / tapioca flour
200ml hot water

Soup Ingredients:
800 ml of water
100 ml instant coconut milk
200g brown sugar
50g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
ice cubes as needed
