【About the railway】
The GoldenPass route is a scenic railway line in Switzerland that runs from Montreux on Lake Geneva via Gstaad in the Bernese Alps to Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland. The line is known for its spectacular views of snow-capped Alpine peaks, deep green valleys and sparkling lakes.

The GoldenPass line consists of three different railway lines: the Montreux-Berner Oberland-Bahn (MOB), the Zentralbahn and the Luzern-Interlaken-Express. The line offers different types of trains, including traditional steam locomotives, modern panorama trains and luxurious experience trains such as the "GoldenPass Classic" and the "GoldenPass MOB Belle Epoque".

The route passes through some of Switzerland's most beautiful landscapes, including the Lavaux wine-growing region on Lake Geneva, the Saanen landscape near Gstaad, Lake Brienz and Lake Thun.
