Forget about BLOOD SUGAR! Just 1 plate of cucumber salad and you will be grateful! Eat and be healthy!

Salt the cucumber and let it stand for 10 minutes to release the juice.

2 tbsp soy sauce.
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
1 hl nutmeg.
1 hl oat flakes.
1 tbsp paprika.
Pour the sauce into the cucumbers,
Cook for 30 seconds.
Let cool down.
Sweet potato 100 grams.
A bunch of parsley.
lettuce leaves.
Sesame 1 tablespoon.

Finely chop 2 kg of cucumbers.
2 tablespoons salt.
3 onions.
Celery 100 grams.
Stir and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
The cucumbers gave a lot of juice.
Add half of the cucumbers to the pan.

If you fry all the cucumbers at once, the heat treatment will be uneven.
Simmer the cucumbers until they turn dark green.
This takes about 3-4 minutes.
We use sterilized jars.
I sterilize it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Pour the brine up to the neck of the jar.
Turn over and allow to cool completely.
We do the same with the second half of the cucumbers.
Outside the refrigerator, such jars can be stored for over a year.
But I won't keep these glasses for long! Everyone in the family loves this salad!
This salad can be eaten immediately, but I waited 2 days!
