INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Sticky chicken wings recipe)
1.2 lbs chicken wings
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp minced ginger
5 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
5 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley (optional)
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Tender Pan-fried Chicken Breast)
3 large chicken breast
2 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste + 3/4 tsp paprika + 1 tsp oregano (optional)
1 can 298g cream of chicken condensed soup
3 cloves garlic, chopped
6 tbsp flour
