Final Round of the NSW IPRA Championship and the chance of racing under the new lights at SMSP encouraged me to prepare the rx7 to have some fun :)

Some would say that doing one lap of a race and parking the car on the trailer is business as usual for the cursed rx7... but i am more positive. The car has been running well in testing and was adequately paced to enjoy some good racing. Unfortunately, it can be seen at Turn 10 before coming onto the main straight, the oil scavenge pump belt threw off for no obvious reason.

Enjoy the first lap of race 1 from the rear view of my rx7 starting on 11th. I get up to 7th or 8th with the car and driving feeling stronger than in qualifying. Wasn't meant to be... again.
