If you have never cooked on an Ugly Drum Smoker it is allot like a Pit Barrel Cooker, but larger. I have built plenty of UDS smokers in the past, but this is my favorite vertical smoker build. With this kit from udsparts.com it made the build easy and beautiful. UDSparts.com was great to work with on getting parts for my drum smoker and their UDS build kit was easy to do it your self.
