The city of Las Vegas and the Rainbow Dreams Educational Foundation hosted the 23rd annual Juneteenth Festival at the World Market Center. It was a celebration honoring history and culture!  The festival took place the weekend leading up to the holiday.  Juneteenth is a federal holiday commemorating the end of slavery.  It is observed on June 19th.
