A grocery store in Alabama has removed a controversial kiosk powered by artificial intelligence that sells ammunition. American Rounds, the kiosk's maker said it uses AI and facial recognition technology to match buyers of the ammo with their ID cards. They believe its the novel way of selling ammo for shotguns, pistols and rifles with the intention of reducing theft and increasing safety.
