Powerday Hooks Boxing Club was established by Steve Newland in 2009, shortly after coaching James DeGale to his Olympic Gold Medal victory.

Motivated by his success, Steve founded the club, and through the support of The Powerday Foundation, Powerday Hooks Boxing was born in Ealing, South-West London.

Since its inception, the club has secured over 60 National Boxing titles and has been recognised as London’s most successful school-age boxing club.
