2003 Ford Crown Victoria Fuel Pump not working in cold weather not spinning
Mine was not working because of a bad battery. the low voltage cause may also be from corrosion in that the lower voltage cant overcome the corrosion. I would have to assume corrosion at the fuel pump connectors.
The walmart battery I bought a year ago though is like 200 cold cranking amps lower than the Costco one so it just seems the walmart battery is wrong for this car. It wasnt holding a good charge.
