Pattu is the traditional dress of the local women of Kullu, Manali, chamba, Kinnaur & Shimla. This woolen fabric is woven in different patterns and color scheme. It is heavier than shawl and the bright colors are used to make the same. It looks like a shawl but is thicker, heavier and longer.
