The authors J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, and John Irving participated in a charitable event in New York City called "Harry, Carrie and Garp." At this event, which took place on August 1st and 2nd, 2006, the authors read from their books and answered questions at a press conference.

This video showcases some of the questions that author J.K. Rowling answered. Her sixth book, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," had been published just the previous year, in July 2005.
