Choc banana muffins ingredients:
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 flax eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
100g chocolate chunks
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean :)
