This is a MoPar Performance Gen 2 Hemi Crossram Intake manifold that features a removable top plate, which can be customized for your specific needs. I've not come across another one like this - but it isn't something I'm going to use. I plan to use a production 2x4 intake instead (shown in my last semi intake video).
